RED IS MY FAVORITE COLOR – LET’S DO IT!

Our heart’s may be tender but you gotta take care of it so it’ll beat to that different drummer, fill with love and joy, and most of all so your kid’s can put their heads to your chest and say “I feel your heart Mommy”. Give you and your family the gift of a healthy heart and lungs!

One of Those Week’s

Like the old saying..”Feel like I’ve been through a wringer” well OUCH! Had a Carido Stress test and YUCK YUCK YUCK!!! IV that hurt, shot up with meds that turned my face red, made my neck feel like it was a size 84, had a funky taste in my mouth and trouble breathing. OH OH and Nurse taking blood pressure in between me having to squeeze rubber ball in each hand and tapping my feet! Let’s take this on the road…sure I’d get at least one vote from Carrie Ann, she’s seems like a caring person! Doc comes in and says EKG looks good. Back out to waiting room, eat cracker’s drink water and wait 40 minutes. Get IV out but have to lay on table that is I swear only 6 inches wide in the middle, put my arms above my head while holding on to a bar on a rope and lay there for 15 minutes. Camera is rotating above chest and 10 minutes into scan I cough. Not a big one thank goodness cause I find out later that they can manipulate the scan when I coughed so as not to change the result’s. Have to go back next week for a resting scan. Gonna think about that one, IV put in, radio isotope injected and back on the rack. We’ll see! I think they want to put my fantastic heart on UTube!

One Fish down

Impulse shopping never works for me. Bought two Beta’s, a tank, plastic plants, gravel, marbles, food and water purifier at Petsmart when I just needed kitty litter. George and Emily are now part of the family! Two week’s later cleaning the tank all proud of myself that I actually did it and George does a nose dive to the bottom of the tank and up to the top a couple of times and I walk away thinking alls well. Ah no, all is not well. Twenty minutes later and George still has his nose in the gravel and his little fin’s are motionless. Emily is fine, her little fins are a flapping, but hiding in the plastic plants. One turkey baster, used to get food off the bottom of the tank, and the little net catcher thingie and George is up out and gone to the big used toilet water site somewhere in the city. Just couldn’t put him in the trash! It’s like ashes to ashes for us. Water to water for fish…right? I did tell him I was sorry but that was just for me cause we all know he couldn’t hear me. Sat down with IttyBitty and told her what I did but she really didn’t care she still has Emily to watch and can still try to figure out why there is something in the water she can’t get to. I was was told that the Female wouldn’t survive…HA! guess Females of all species pervail when ya get down to it.

Whether the Weather She is A Coming

This is the California Connection and suitably enough for this Blog – GrammaRain has also entered into uncharted water’s <—-a theme is emerging! The rain has started and the drop’s are huge. Yahoo Weather says 2 inches to 5 inches by Saturday and the Utility Company I work for (OMG don’t get me started, that’s a Novel not a Blog) opened the ‘Storm Room’ this afternoon at 3:30 PST. Wind will gust to 50 mph and my Cat and I will hunker down and turn up the TV we both hate the wind! The point to this is…I’m so sorry that for sure Texas and then Missouri will get this storm and have a feeling it isn’t going to be pretty! So the question is are you ready for whether the weather is coming? Sure hope so!
